Short Distance Sales Contract
DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This agreement determines the rights and obligations between DOPAMIQ and the Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, over the internet within the framework of the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Law on Consumer Protection.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product Name: Women's Clothing
Quantity: May vary depending on buyer.
Sales Price: May vary depending on the product.
Payment Method: Credit card, wire transfer, etc.
Shipping Address: Recipient's address
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time 3-4 days
Shipping Fee: Fee may vary depending on recipient and location.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
After the sale process is completed, the product will be shipped by DOPAMIQ to the specified delivery address.
The shipping cost for the sale will be covered by DOPAMIQ.
In case of return, the shipping cost belongs to the Buyer.
Products are shipped via a courier company depending on the delivery time.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original state, unused and in a saleable condition.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost of the returned product is paid by the Buyer.
6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has seen and understood all the information regarding the basic characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method and delivery on DOPAMIQ's website.
The product will be delivered within the promised time, except for force majeure reasons (natural disaster, epidemic, transportation obstacle, etc.).
7. COMPETENT COURT
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from this contract.
8. ENFORCEMENT
This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
