SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. SUBMIT 

We do our best to ensure that your orders are delivered on time. Products in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is received.
For pre-orders, delivery is provided within 5-15 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the workload of the cargo company and the region where the order is placed.

2. DELIVERY

Depending on the availability of the ordered products, Dopamiq may split the order into multiple shipments and the products may be delivered separately when they are ready.
As soon as the purchased product is shipped, an email will be sent to the email address specified in the order. This email will contain the shipment tracking code and a special link through which the customer can track the delivery in real time through the authorized courier company.

3. REJECTION OF DELIVERY

If an order is refused during delivery, shipping costs and any applicable taxes/customs fees will not be refunded. We strongly recommend that you review your order carefully before submitting it.

4. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

At the time of delivery, the customer must check that the ordered products comply with the stated specifications and do not present any manufacturing defects or incompatibilities.
