DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

As Dopamiq; we consider the confidentiality of the information of our customers, visitors and employees who are members of the “www.dopamiq.com” website and/or mobile application (“Site and/or Mobile Application”) as a principle and priority. We would like to present our principles, which we have transformed into the “Data Privacy and Security Policy (“Policy”)” within the scope of ensuring and protecting information security.

Dopamiq attaches great importance to the privacy rights of its customers and the protection of their information, acts in compliance with all legal regulations in this regard and applies the principles detailed below within the scope of our Policy.

If you become a member of our e-bulletins announcing our services and campaigns and our Site and/or Mobile Application and approve or benefit from our services without becoming a member, we will need some of your personal information such as your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, gender, date of birth, personal interests, order details, visit details, invoice and delivery addresses in order to provide you with better service. • Internet access log records are recorded in accordance with the Law No. 5651 on "Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications" and relevant legislation, and are shared with judicial and/or administrative authorities/institutions/organizations upon request, and processed within the framework of legal obligations in the internal audit processes of the company, if necessary.
• To strengthen the security of the site and/or mobile application, (e.g. using multi-factor authentication methods to access systems or taking access security measures such as firewall, internet gateway, network and subnet separation for the network and data security of the company systems.)
• To fulfill our obligations within the scope of international and local legal regulations regulating the terms and conditions of electronic commerce.

We would like to remind you that the credit card information used during order creation is not stored in our company systems in any way. However, your credit card information recorded in the Masterpass infrastructure, if any, can be stored in the Masterpass infrastructure, independent of our company systems. 1.2. Use of Collected Information
The information collected on the Site and/or Mobile Application is used for the following purposes:

The member or visitor agrees that he/she will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of the Policy from the moment he/she starts using the Site and/or Mobile Application and that these terms will be binding on him/her. 2. Information Security
Dopamiq attaches great importance to the security of its customers' information within the framework of international information security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS and works with the most advanced technological tools to ensure this. In order to ensure the security of our site and/or Mobile Application, all physical, electronic and administrative measures have been taken in secure environments. All information is stored and backed up on secure servers located at home and abroad.

Privacy and information security e-training is provided to increase the awareness of the personnel about personal data and data protection laws. The personnel's responsibilities regarding information security are committed in writing. If non-compliance with the policies and procedures is detected, disciplinary processes are implemented.
